George P Mathew- Founder Managing Director​

George P Mathew, the Founder Managing Director of Terrain Force, brings over 23 years of extensive experience in marketing and leadership. Armed with a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, he has built a strong foundation in business strategy and market analysis. Before founding Terrain Force, George excelled as a team leader in a reputed government institution, where he refined his skills in team management and strategic marketing. His visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence are instrumental in driving the company’s growth and innovation, positioning Terrain Force for sustained success in the dynamic security industry.

Pradeep Pillai – Founder Director/CFO

Pradeep P is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management and accounting across diverse sectors. As the Chief Financial Officer and a founding Director of Terrain Force, he leverages his extensive expertise to shape financial strategy and ensure operational excellence. Pradeep has previously held key roles as Regional Finance Manager at Aramex East Africa and G4S Secure Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he developed his proficiency in managing complex financial operations. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Kerala University and is adept in accounting software, including Tally, Oracle ERP, and Sage Accpac. Pradeep's strong leadership and analytical capabilities are essential to Terrain Force’s growth and success.

Reji K Rajan – Director/CEO

Reji K Rajan, the CEO of Terrain Force, boasts over 18 years of extensive experience in the security industry. He began his career as a Direct Sales Agent and advanced through notable companies like TATA, Reliance, ING Vysya, and G4S, eventually co-founding Capital Guarding Services Pvt Ltd (renamed Kingdom Protection Services Pvt Ltd). Since joining Terrain Force in 2021, Reji has driven remarkable growth, expanding operations from Kerala to Tamil Nadu and establishing strategic partnerships in Karnataka and across North, West, and East India, scaling the workforce to 2,300 within just one year. Known for his innovative strategies and strong client relationships, Reji is dedicated to elevating Terrain Force as a leading name in the security sector.
